Winter came to visit spring?!

So the picture that I'm posting for this blog post pretty much sums up the weather last weekend.. I think we all fell for the plus side temperature last week but boy did Mother Nature slap us with a bucket full (keeping it PG lol) of snow!

I only shoveled half the drive way just enough for my car to drive out. And I'll let the rest for the hubs or if Mother Nature wants.. She can bring is more sunny temperature to help melt it off :)

Hopefully no more downpour of snow after this. But who knows.. Calgary is known for its Chinooks ( go Wikipedia it yourselves, I don't really know how to explain it :p )

Its been a year since I last blogged! My oh My!

Its been a year since I last blogged. And my oh my, did a lot of things happen.. :D

We got to go back to Miri for our wedding August 2012 (Thank you to Kelly the wedding planner.You did amazing for our wedding!! it was sooooo gorgeous!) and we had a few dishes that we hadn't had for a while. YummerZ! I'll try and post up some pictures of the wedding soon. I'm sure a lot of the Family and Friends are still waiting for the pictures! haha

We now live in a Beautiful home, thanks to my hubs who made our dream home come true. Home Sweet Home. (Sneak peak soon guys :) ) Hun, you really really made it happen for our family. Thank you so much! <3 font="">

I got to see where my hubs came from. His home town was very interesting and also relaxing (back in the village that is) I really enjoyed myself and not only that, I got to see the environment and listen to all the interesting childhood stories and having to see where it happen.
 
Came back home and now trying to set up the home to the way I like it. Its gonna take time but it'll get there. I'm already excited!

My birthday this year was sort of on the down low. My cousin Cheryl and her hubs came down (from Singapore) for a few days to spend time with me during my birthday week. It was so much fun to have family around. I love my family (near and far) but sometimes I can't help but think that some family choose to do/say whatever they want and sometimes it can cause some friction to relationships. I just count my blessings that God has given opportunities to share, love and create new and happy beginnings with my family. 

My oh My.. Did a lot of things happen in the last year. Over all, I count my blessings. God has giving me so much opportunity to be happy and also opportunity to create countless memories. For that, I say I am Blessed.
